Job summary

Unison Consulting, established in 2012 in Singapore, seeks an IT Infrastructure & Network Specialist to design, deploy and manage enterprise networks across on-prem data centres and the Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) with AWS.

You will troubleshoot incidents, ensure high availability, security and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external providers to meet SLAs. This role operates in a Singapore setting.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, deploying and managing enterprise IT infrastructure for network services (wired and wireless).
• Strong knowledge of network technologies and infrastructure security.
• Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure including networks, servers (Windows/Linux) and structured cabling, plus cloud operations (GCC, AWS).
• Troubleshooting across network, application, infrastructure and security issues; government environment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT governance frameworks and large-scale/regulatory environments.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, AWS Essentials or AWS Solutions Architect are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide network support for on-prem data centres and GCC (AWS) with 24x7 operations.
• Ensure high availability, security, and government policy compliance.
• Manage maintenance, firmware upgrades, security fixes, and zero-downtime deployments where possible.
• Support office renovations and relocations with LAN/WAN and cabling work.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet SLAs and report progress to management.
• Develop runbooks, incident response protocols and deployment procedures.
