Job summary

Purview Asia Pacific is seeking an L1 Network Ops Engineer to support day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, and operational management of enterprise network infrastructure in Singapore. You will help maintain network availability, assist with incident/change activities, troubleshoot, and support operations across customer environments.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in network operations, exposure to Aruba/Cisco technologies, firewall knowledge, and familiarity with load balancers.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in network operations, NOC, or infrastructure support environments
• Hands-on exposure to Aruba and/or Cisco networking technologies
• Working knowledge of Check Point firewalls
• Exposure to load balancer technologies such as A10, F5, or NetScaler is advantageous
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, ACSA, CCSA, or ITIL Foundation are advantageous

Looking for an L1 Network Ops Engineer to support the day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, and operational management of enterprise network infrastructure. The role will be responsible for maintaining network availability, supporting incident and change activities, performing troubleshooting, and assisting with network operations across customer environments. Key Requirements:

Experience required:
