Job summary

INNOVATIQ TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an L1 Network Ops Engineer to support the day-to-day monitoring, maintenance and operational management of enterprise network infrastructure across customer environments.

The role involves incident and change activities, troubleshooting, and ensuring uptime while collaborating with teams using Aruba, Cisco, Check Point, and ADC technologies.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in network operations, NOC, or infrastructure support environments.
• Hands-on exposure to Aruba and/or Cisco networking technologies.
• Working knowledge of Check Point firewalls.
• Exposure to load balancer technologies such as A10, F5, or NetScaler is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, ACSA, CCSA, or ITIL Foundation are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network availability and monitor enterprise network infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot network issues across customer environments.
• Assist with network operations across multiple environments.
• Use ITSM ticketing tools and provide SLA-driven support.
