Job summary

You will help maintain network availability, assist with incidents, changes, and diagnostics across customer environments. The role requires hands-on exposure to Aruba and Cisco technologies, Check Point firewalls, and load balancer experience (A10, F5, NetScaler is a plus).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in network operations, NOC or infra support.
• Hands-on exposure to Aruba and/or Cisco technologies.
• Certs like CCNA/ITIL are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day network operations and maintenance.
• Support incident and change activities for enterprise networks.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with network operations across environments.
