Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for Huawei NCE Campus network infrastructure.
• Ensure timely incident resolution and service restoration.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaboration with various teams for seamless service delivery.
