Job summary

A leading telecommunications provider in Singapore seeks a candidate to support the transformation project for their Next Generation Carrier Ethernet Network. Qualifications

• Candidates with relevant working experience in design and operation, maintenance of IP networks of global service providers will have added advantage.
• Willing to be available for 24 x 7 standby support and/or scheduled shift work.

Responsibilities

• Support the transformation project for Singtel’s Next Generation Carrier Ethernet Network.
• Manage operation issues and escalate complex cases to Vendors.
• Monitor and resolve network infrastructure faults.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for fault resolution.

Skills

Understanding of Internet routing protocols

Knowledge of routers/switches architecture

Analytical and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge in Nokia Certified Network Routing Specialists certifications

Knowledge in Cisco certifications

Knowledge in Juniper certifications

Knowledge in Huawei certifications

Education

Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems
