Job summary

WORLD PARTNERS SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT operations professional to manage and resolve network issues, coordinate contractor activities, and ensure operational continuity through monitoring and process improvements.

You will handle NOC-reported issues, plan root-cause analyses, review changes, develop SOPs, maintain records for audits, and escalate impacts to management to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily network issues reported by the Network Operation Centre (NOC) via NMS, calls, or emails to maintain system stability
• Review outstanding issues weekly and plan root cause analysis to produce monthly reports and validate contractor SLA compliance
• Coordinate and track contractor activities to prevent conflicts with critical operations
• Initiate and review change requests, including post-implementation assessments, to ensure smooth transitions
• Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
• Update and maintain accurate records to support audit and operational requirements
• Validate contractor work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Escalate operational impacts promptly to management for timely resolution
• Facilitate monthly management meetings to communicate status, issues, and action plans
