Job summary

EVERSAFE ACADEMY PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to oversee network security, server, cloud, and database operations across the organization. You will manage firewalls, VPNs, IAM, and device security, while ensuring reliable connectivity and robust data protection.

The role covers administration of cloud resources (AWS), MSSQL maintenance, user provisioning, and monitoring of CCTV, NAS, and collaboration tools, with a focus on uptime, compliance, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• 1. Network and Firewall Administration: Administer FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, security rules, traffic monitoring, and firmware updates.
• 2. Server, Cloud and Database Administration: Manage AWS EC2, S3, MSSQL backups, restoration and monitoring.
• 3. Identity, Access and Endpoint Security Management: JumpCloud, ESET, Google Workspace, MDM, onboarding/offboarding.
• 4. Wi‑Fi, Biometric and Access Control Systems: Spectra/ESSL biometric systems, device enrollment and troubleshooting.
• 5. CCTV and Surveillance Systems: CCTV, DVRs, NVRs, storage and playback health.
• 6. NAS, Storage and Backup Management: Synology NAS, storage management, backups.
• 7. Communication and Collaboration Systems: Grandstream phones, Zoom, IP telephony, collaboration reliability.
• 8. IT Applications and Specialized Equipment: Currentware, SSTM, smart boards, Fujifilm copiers, printers, Enets, Tally.
• 9. Hosting, Domain and Website Infrastructure: DNS, hosting, domain management.
• 10. IT Infrastructure Maintenance and Technical Support: troubleshooting, updates, maintenance logs, vendor coordination.
• 11. Audit, Compliance and Information Security Support: ISMS/BCMS, audits, documentation.
