Job summary

FRONTKEN (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage daily IT operations, security, and help desk tasks in Singapore. You will monitor networks, ensure antivirus and patch management, and support Windows Server environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science or related.
• Knowledge of Cisco VLAN/Access Points, WAN, firewall, SSL VPN, Outlook, AD, DHCP, DNS, ACL, GPO, Office, Windows OS.
• Experience with Avaya IP PABX system.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud platforms and services.
• Understanding of SaaS platform integration.
• Team player, energetic, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT infrastructure and help desk requests.
• Monitor access, intrusion lists and administer security firewall.
• Perform antivirus updates on PCs, laptops and servers.
• Administer Windows and Windows Server OS, patches, and troubleshooting.
• Administer and maintain Email, Cisco Router/Switch, and IP PABX.
• Review impact analysis for IT infrastructure needs and issues.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for software/hardware.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested.
• Manage company IT assets.
