Job summary

StarHub Ltd. is seeking an IT Logistics & Network Support Engineer to support IT and network warehouse operations, asset management, equipment staging, deployment, dispatch, collection, RMA coordination, and Level 1 network support.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, IT asset management, or network equipment handling.
• Ability to identify and handle enterprise network and infrastructure equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, IP addressing, VLANs, network cabling, rack layouts, and first-level connectivity troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, asset-tag, label, store, issue, dispatch, and track network hardware and IT accessories.
• Maintain inventory records: models/serial numbers, asset tags, warranty status, site/location, stock movement, project assignment.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, collection, and movement between warehouses, offices, vendors, and customer sites.
• Prepare equipment for deployment: packing, labeling, staging, documentation, handover records.
• Provide basic Level 1 network support: checks of power/hardware status, cabling, link status, and connectivity; assist with staging and site deployment.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 with clear diagnostics.
