QCP, Asia's leading digital asset partner, seeks an IT network support specialist in Singapore. You will provision and maintain network gear, troubleshoot complex issues, and support security and VPN configurations.

The role emphasizes documentation and collaboration with IT and security teams. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands-on experience, CCNA or equivalent certification is desirable, and familiarity with Windows/macOS deployment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in network support or IT infra with networking duties.
• CCNA or equivalent certification desirable; candidates pursuing certification considered.
• Experience with Windows and/or macOS setup, imaging and deployment is useful.

Responsabilités

• Assist with provisioning, configuring and maintaining switches, routers, wireless APs, firewalls and VPNs.
• Provide first- and second-line troubleshooting for wired and wireless networks and escalate where needed.
• Maintain IP address allocation and VLAN records; assist with site surveys and post-install testing.
• Support infrastructure projects and document network diagrams and configurations.
