Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in network engineering or network administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure using Cisco networking equipment and technologies to support organizational goals.
• Configure and manage routing and switching protocols to ensure seamless network connectivity, performance, and reliability.
• Perform comprehensive network troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve connectivity issues promptly and systematically.
• Monitor network performance and analyze traffic patterns to optimize network efficiency, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, access control lists, and VPN configurations in accordance with best practices.
• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures in a clear, organized, and transparent manner for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to support network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Conduct regular network assessments and provide analytical recommendations for system enhancements and optimization.
• Respond to network incidents and provide technical support to resolve issues within established timeframes while maintaining service quality.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging networking technologies, and Cisco product innovations.
• Participate in capacity planning initiatives and contribute to strategic network infrastructure decisions.
