Qualifications

• CCNA or equivalent networking credential.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Strong project management capabilities coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with reporting software and operational metrics analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational escalations and coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
• Lead regular status syncs, manage open actions, and deliver periodic service performance reports.
• Host on-site visits with key stakeholders to review operational health and align on goals.
• Manage customer-facing service initiatives and internal process optimization projects.
• Educate client teams on standardized procedures and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency.
