Job summary

INNOVATIQ TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD.

is seeking an on-site Network Technician to perform DOA checks, staging, configuration, and deployment of Cisco devices across branch locations in Singapore. You will work closely with design architects, project managers, and branch teams to ensure accurate installation, testing, and handover, while producing as-built documentation and ensuring adherence to the approved implementation plan.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and access points.
• Experience in Cisco device staging, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting network rollout/deployment projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOA checks for Cisco network devices (routers, switches, APs).
• Carry out staging activities for Cisco devices prior to deployment.
• Perform device configuration, installation, and implementation activities.
• Support installation and configuration at branch locations.
• Provide on-site technical support in coordination with design architect.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network/device issues during installation and deployment.
• Validate device connectivity and configuration during implementation.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and branch teams.
• Prepare and maintain as-built and other technical documentation.
• Ensure deployment activities align with the approved design and plan.
• Provide support during testing, commissioning, and handover.

• Carry out staging activities for Cisco routers, switches, and APs prior to deployment.
• Perform device configuration, installation, and implementation activities.
• Support the installation and configuration of Cisco network devices at branch locations.
• Provide on-site technical support in coordination with the design architect.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network/device-related issues during installation and deployment.
• Validate device connectivity and configuration as part of the implementation process.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, branch teams, and other technical stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain as-built documentation and other relevant technical documentation.
• Ensure all deployment activities are completed according to the approved design and implementation plan.
• Provide support during testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and access points.
• Experience in Cisco device staging, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting network rollout/deployment projects.
• Good understanding of network infrastructure and implementation processes.
• Experience working on-site with network/design architects.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
