Glassy Junction Pub & Restaurant PTE. LTD. is seeking a network professional to install, configure, and maintain our IT infrastructure in Singapore.

You will ensure reliable connectivity for POS, payments, CCTV, and office devices while maintaining network security and documentation. The role requires hands-on experience with routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, and monitoring tools. Candidates should be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in any discipline.
• Experience in network administration, network engineering, or IT infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing/switching.
• Practical experience configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Knowledge of network security, access control, cybersecurity practices, and system monitoring tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network hardware/software issues.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends/PH.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the company's computer networks, including wired and wireless network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity for the bar's POS systems, payment terminals, office computers, CCTV systems, and other authorised devices.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, and network security systems.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, system interruptions, and hardware or software-related network problems.
• Implement network security measures to protect company systems, data, and devices against unauthorised access and cyber threats.
• Perform regular network maintenance, software updates, equipment checks, and backups of relevant network configurations.
• Manage network access permissions and maintain secure connectivity for staff and authorised users.
• Coordinate with ISPs, IT vendors, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain services.
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, equipment inventories, and maintenance records.
• Assess infrastructure requirements and recommend improvements to support operations and future expansion.
