Reeracoen Singapore is seeking a Network Engineer for a 1-year contract to support regional and local network operations. You will set up and configure routers, switches, and wireless access points; monitor availability; manage assets; and assist IT security teams with patching and remediation.

This role also covers maintenance renewals, diagram upkeep, and end-user support with PC setup and troubleshooting, requiring proactive collaboration with security teams.

Qualifications

Our client is a reputable Japanese company specialising in global logistics solutions. They are currently seeking a Network Engineer (1-Year Contract).

【 Responsibilities 】

Regional and Local Network Support

• Set up and configure network devices and services, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Support matters related to the IT network infrastructure.

Administrative Tasks

• Maintain hardware and software asset inventories.
• Coordinate annual maintenance renewals.
• Maintain network-related policies, procedures, and diagrams.

Daily Operations Support

• Manage and administer the regional network.
• Monitor network availability and performance.
• Manage and maintain network connectivity in the server room.
• Maintain software and security updates.
• Troubleshoot network issues and perform service recovery.

Secondary Support

• Assist the PC Support team with end-user support, PC setup, and troubleshooting.
• Support the patch management system; monitor vulnerabilities and work with the Security team on remediation activities.
