Job summary

ALTROCKS TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Operations professional in Singapore to configure and manage switches, routers, cameras, VPNs, and related devices.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage all types of active devices such as switches, CCTV cameras, Wi‑Fi devices, and access control systems.
• Configure and install network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN).
• Respond to network alerts and support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
• Perform routine checks to ensure network health, availability, and performance.
• Maintain inventory and documentation for all network assets and patch panels.
