Job summary
APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to support enterprise LAN/WAN, data center, wireless, and SD-WAN environments across the APAC region.
You will implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and document network infrastructure while collaborating with global teams and stakeholders across time zones. The role requires coordinating with carriers and vendors, producing clear documentation, and participating in a follow-the-sun on-call rotation to ensure
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in enterprise network operations.
- CCNA-level routing, switching, and TCP/IP fundamentals.
- Experience with campus/WAN/data center networks.
- Ability to document diagrams and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support operation and maintenance of LAN/WAN, data center, SD-WAN and cloud-connected environments.
- Configure and deploy network equipment using approved designs and procedures.
- Maintain network monitoring systems, dashboards, and alert rules.
- Perform upgrades, hardware replacements, and lifecycle activities.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, wireless, and performance issues.
- Create implementation plans, validation steps, rollback procedures.
- Maintain network diagrams, device configurations, inventories, and procedures.
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and on-site support resources.
- Participate in a global on-call rotation and follow-the-sun model.
- Escalate complex issues with clear status communication.
