Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a Senior Network AI and AN Architect to shape the Group's AI-driven network, Autonomous Networks (AN), OSS and CPaaS architecture strategy. You will define reference architectures, guardrails, and roadmaps, guiding OpCos toward AN maturity while ensuring architectural consistency and long-term sustainability.

You will lead architecture governance, engage vendors, and drive OSS transformation initiatives, including platform strategy and AI enablement to support future AN

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of telecommunications experience across network, OSS, and IT architecture.
• Proven track record defining and governing network and IT architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Network AI, automation, and closed-loop control.
• Experience with TM Forum AN frameworks, Open Digital Architecture (ODA).

Responsibilities

• Define the Group Network AI and Autonomous Networks (AN) architecture, framework, and roadmap.
• Guide OpCos on AN use cases and align roadmaps with Group strategy.
• Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and sustainability across the Group.
• Provide architectural leadership on OSS transformations and CPaaS initiatives.
• Engage with vendors for architecture evaluations and solution directions.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration to align platforms and delivery outcomes.
