Reporting to the NCG Supervisor, the incumbent are required to pro-actively monitor the flight movements, activating contingency plans, responds promptly to network requests and timely updates of service incidents.
Provide accurate and analytic performance / incident report to enhance performance quality.
Provide a tracing service for the network and interface with local country customer service on service problems and enquiries.
Communicate with service provider to get information on flight details.
Work with airlines to implement outbound and inbound service enhancements.
Gateway and Hubs regarding inbound & outbound operations, adhering to standards and protocols for pre-alert, faxes, e-mails, and other communications with the DHL network.
Interface with local country customer service on service problems and enquiries.
Confirm uplift & recovery of all outbound & inbound movements;
Update OURS with incidents on reasons of incident occur, transit time impact and corrective action taken to minimise transit time impact;
Proactively monitoring of QCC systems
Obtain recovery status of shipment when UAS/AQCC identifies a discrepancy.
Provide instructions to Ops should there be an activation of contingency plan.
Update of shipment status for shipments that are intercepted;
Follow up on shipment issues inclusive of DG (Dangerous Goods) handling;
Action on inbound alerts and provide information to the relevant parties.
Ensure that physical movement of Dangerous Goods and Medical Express/WMX cargo meets customers and internal requirements and is completed in an efficient and safe manner.
At least 2 year of relevant experience, preferably within airline, transportation or logistics industry.
At least a diploma .
Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in English.
This role is required to perform shift role.
