Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in airline, transport, or logistics.
• Diploma holder.
• Good English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and analytic performance / incident reports.
• Provide tracing with local country customer service for service issues.
• Communicate with service providers for flight details.
• Coordinate outbound/inbound service enhancements with airlines.
• Adhere to standards for pre-alert, faxes, emails, and other DHL communications.
• Interface with local country customer service on service problems and enquiries.
• Confirm uplift and recovery of all movements.
• Update OURS with incident reasons and corrective actions.
• Proactively monitor QCC systems for incidents.
• Obtain recovery status when discrepancies are identified.
• Instruct Operations on contingency plan activations.
• Update shipment status for intercepted shipments.
• Follow up on DG handling and related issues.
