Job summary

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) invites applications for the Operations Policy and Plans Officer role within the Operations Policy and Plans Office (OPPO). You will help shape Singapore's cyber defence by developing operational policies, plans and frameworks, coordinating cybersecurity operations and driving resilience initiatives at a national level.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related fields.
• Ability to distil complex technical and operational issues into reports and briefing materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for policy and operational planning.
• Excellent written and oral communication suitable for decision-makers.
• Willingness to work across technology, operations and policy domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop cyber operations policies, concepts of operations, standards and plans.
• Coordinate national-level cyber operations across CSA and government agencies.
• Support major cyber operations, campaigns and incidents with timely reporting.
• Drive collaboration across stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior officers as needed.
