Job summary

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) is seeking a policy and strategy professional to support emerging technologies in national cybersecurity policy development. You will contribute to masterplans, research trends, and collaborate with government and industry partners to assess risks and shape future defenses.

Applicants should have a technical background, experience in policy or technology, strong communication, and the ability to work in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in engineering, computer science or other technical fields.
• Experience with policy formulation and/or technology preferred, cybersecurity or digital security background.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, both in presentations and written formats.
• Willingness to learn and operate in ambiguous, unstructured work environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend strategies, masterplans addressing cybersecurity implications of emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with technical and policy stakeholders to inform design and execution of strategies and masterplans.
• Conduct research and analysis on strategic trends in emerging technologies.
