Job summary

HOL is seeking an intellectually curious and empathetic content professional to develop narratives and translate complex information into engaging visitor experiences. You will conduct in-depth research, synthesize insights, and shape content for physical panels, digital interfaces, and multimedia touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 4 years in content development, interpretation, curatorial development, or related field.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear, compelling content.
• Ability to guide content thinking and prioritisation within a team.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading to meet clarity, quality, tone, and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research from books, publications, reports, interviews, site visits, and other sources.
• Synthesize research into clear insights and recommendations for the project narrative and panel/content touchpoints.
• Identify themes and content opportunities to ensure a coherent and meaningful visitor experience.
• Organise and curate research materials and references to support the project lifecycle.
• Write and refine content for panels, interfaces, and visitor-facing touchpoints.
• Edit and proofread content to HOL’s standards of clarity and accuracy.
• Present research findings and content recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align narrative intent with visitor experience.
• Support internal content needs, including proposals and marketing materials.
