Job summary

HOL is seeking a strategic and empathetic Project Manager to lead projects in a fast-paced, creative environment in Singapore. You will manage projects end-to-end, from planning to delivery, while building trusted client relationships and guiding teams with clear, collaborative problem-solving.

You’ll drive business growth through pitches and proposals that highlight HOL’s experiential storytelling and culture, ensuring quality and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in project management, preferably in creative agencies, design studios or startups.
• Experience in client-facing roles, account management or business development is essential.
• Bachelor degree beneficial but not required for exceptional talent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, risk-assess, and monitor projects to deliver on time, on budget and to quality.
• Be the primary client contact, building strong relationships to meet strategic goals.
• Lead stakeholder communications and present progress to align expectations.
• Identify and pursue new business leads, craft client pitches, and showcase HOL’s capabilities.

What will you be doing?

Project & Account Management:

• Plan, execute, scenario plan, and risk assessment of projects to ensure completion of projects on time, budget, and quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, collaborative relationships to ensure strategic goals are met.
• Oversee all stakeholder communications, confidently leading presentations to report on project progress and alignment of expectations.

Business Growth & Development:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business leads to support HOL’s strategic growth objectives.
• Develop and lead client pitches and presentations, skillfully showcasing HOL’s unique capabilities in experiential storytelling, professional ethos, and culture.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to develop winning proposals and growth strategies that attract new clients and expand our network.
• Manage and track lead generation and business development efforts to ensure they align with company goals.

Operational & Team Excellence:

• Perform rigorous quality control throughout the project lifecycle to maintain the high standards of excellence expected at HOL.
• Lead by example, embodying HOL’s core values of integrity, simplicity, and excellence in all aspects of your work.

What are we looking for?

Experience and Track Record:

• A sterling track record of at least 5 years in project management, ideally within a creative agency, design consultancy, or start-up environment.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, account management, or business development is required.
• While a relevant bachelor’s degree is beneficial, we recognise and welcome exceptional talent and skill from varied educational backgrounds.
