Job summary

Micron Singapore is seeking a Test Solutions Engineer to own NAND Flash test programs, ensure project readiness, and drive release quality through a rigorous process. You will collaborate with test solutions, production engineering, and design teams to optimize test strategies, improve yield and reliability, and introduce AI-assisted insights to daily workflows.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or any related engineering field.
Strong programming skills; C/C++/Python knowledge.
Good understanding of semiconductor device physics will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain test strategies and programs for semiconductor NAND Flash products.
Collaborate with test solutions, production engineering, and other groups to ensure readiness for new product introductions and high-volume manufacturing.
Improve device yield, reliability, and quality through test optimization and data analysis.
Provide cost-effective and innovative test flow optimization solutions.
Assist process and production teams with necessary engineering expertise for smooth manufacturing operations.
Introduce innovative test time reduction solutions and release test programs to production.
Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency and quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing AI-enabled enhancements within the scope of work.
