Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Senior Engineer to define and implement NAND Flash reliability test flows and to drive high‑volume data analysis to identify reliability risks and trends.

You will collaborate with Fab, NAND Technology, NAND Design, Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams to ship high‑quality end products. Knowledge of AI tools and Python is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Semiconductor Reliability, NAND Technology, and Electrical Failure Analysis.
• Understanding of Design, Device Physics, Circuits, and Process.
• Strong statistical analysis, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with AI tools, LLMs, and data analysis tools such as Python, JMP, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement NAND Flash reliability test flows to assess product reliability.
• Perform high‑volume statistical data analysis to evaluate reliability risks and trends.
• Drive electrical failure analysis and root‑cause investigation.
• Develop short‑term countermeasures and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable shipment of high‑quality products.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools and insights to improve efficiency and quality.
