Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain wafer and package functional test strategies and programs for NAND Flash products.
• Collaborate with test solutions and production engineering groups to ensure readiness for new products and high volume manufacturing.
• Improve yield, reliability, and quality via test condition optimization and data analysis.
• Provide cost-effective, innovative test flow optimization solutions and reduce test time.
• Assist production teams with engineering expertise to ensure smooth operations.
• Introduce AI-enabled tools and insights to improve efficiency and quality.
