Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
• Strong foundation in semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes.
• Experience with statistical analysis and numerical computing (MATLAB/Octave/JMP).
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to boost engineering productivity.
• Experience in NAND Flash or non-volatile memory is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Characterize NAND memory cells and arrays for performance, reliability, and scaling improvements.
• Develop expertise in NAND device physics, array operation, and failure mechanisms.
• Analyze large-scale electrical test data to uncover device behaviors and gaps.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows to accelerate data analysis and characterization.
• Contribute to NAND cell architecture and process development.
• Collaborate with process integration, design, product engineering, reliability, and manufacturing teams.
