Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a NAND Cell Device Engineer in Singapore to advance 3D NAND development. You will characterize memory cells, optimize device physics, and work across device, process integration, design, product, reliability, and manufacturing teams to solve complex challenges.

You will analyze large data sets, apply AI-assisted workflows, and contribute to future technology nodes. The role welcomes engineers aiming for technical leadership or significant impact in memory

Qualifications

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes.
• Experience with statistical analysis and numerical computing software.

Responsabilités

• Characterize advanced NAND memory cells and arrays to identify performance, reliability, and scaling improvements.
• Develop deep expertise in NAND device physics, array operation, and failure mechanisms for future tech development.
• Analyze large-scale electrical test data to uncover device behaviors, qualification gaps, and screening opportunities.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows to accelerate data analysis, automate characterization tasks, and generate insights.
• Contribute to NAND cell architecture and process development through innovative device solutions and insights.
• Collaborate with process integration, design, product engineering, reliability, and manufacturing teams to drive breakthroughs.
