Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the nail spa, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling, customer flow, and service delivery.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate nail technicians and beauty staff; manage staff schedules and attendance.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets; promote nail treatments, packages, memberships and retail products.
Monitor customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of service quality.
Monitor stock levels of nail and beauty products; coordinate stock ordering and prepare sales reports for management.
