Job summary

NAILZ HAUS PTE. LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales.

You will supervise nail technicians and front desk staff, ensure high service standards, maintain cleanliness, and work to hit revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required; hours are Monday–Friday 11am–9pm and weekends 10am–7pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the shop opens and closes on time and runs smoothly throughout the day.
• Supervise and support staff, including nail technicians and front desk personnel, ensuring high standards of service.
• Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the branch.
