Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking dedicated Music Teachers to guide students through structured lessons across piano, guitar, violin, and voice. You will follow the Aureus curriculum, fostering a love of music and supporting students in developing skills and confidence.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Create Musical Magic: Lead engaging one‑on‑one lessons in piano, guitar, violin, or voice, making every class a fun and exciting journey for students of all ages.
• Teach with Passion: Deliver structured lessons following the Aureus curriculum, ensuring students develop strong musical skills while fostering a lifelong love for music.
• Conduct Engaging Lessons: Use interactive teaching methods, personalized instruction, and creative exercises to keep students motivated and eager to learn.
• Encourage Growth: Prepare students for performances and provide clear goals and guiding them every step of the way.
• Stay Connected: Provide regular progress updates to parents through the Aureus App, ensuring they stay informed and engaged in their child’s musical journey.
• Host Recitals: Organize student performances and showcase events that give students the confidence to perform in front of an audience and celebrate their achievements.
• Grow with Us: Represent Aureus at outreach events, roadshows, and other initiatives to promote the joy of music education and connect with new students.
• Track Progress with Positivity: Assess students’ abilities, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate milestones to keep them motivated and confident.
