We are looking for a passionate and energetic Early Childhood Educator who loves working with young children and using creativity in their teaching. Job Responsibilities

• Create Magical Moments: Lead fun and engaging classes for our little learners, ages 2-4, making every lesson a joyful adventure in music and creativity.
• Teach with Passion: Deliver high‑quality lessons that follow the Aureus curriculum, sparking a love for music in young hearts.
• Plan Playful Lessons: Put your creativity to work by crafting exciting lesson plans that keep our young students excited and eager to learn.
• Stay Connected: Keep parents in the loop with friendly updates on their child’s progress before and after each lesson, building strong connections with families.

Skills, Traits and Competencies

• A degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Arts, or a related field is a great starting point.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Experience working with children (2-3 years) is a plus.
• A passion for working with young children and helping them grow and develop is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
• We’re looking for a positive, outgoing team player.
• Some basic knowledge of music theory or experience in music performance (equivalent to Grade 1-3 ABRSM) would be an advantage.
• Willingness to complete our Training Programme to confidently teach the Aureus Music curriculum to young students.
• Selected candidates will be provided a comprehensive training course with Aureus Group.
