Job summary

Centre Sales Assistant role at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a customer‑oriented individual who can handle enquiries across WhatsApp, phone, email and walk‑ins, and support parents and students with lesson information, trials and registrations.

The position requires weekend work with two weekday offs and a passion for music or music education is a plus. You will coordinate schedules, assist with instrument sales, rentals and repairs, maintain accurate records, and support

Qualifications

• Certification in marketing, communications, hospitality, arts management, music or a related field.
• Interest in music or music education is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, telephone, email and walk-ins.
• Assist parents and students with lesson information, trial bookings and registrations.
• Follow up with prospective customers and support the conversion of enquiries into enrolments.
• Coordinate lesson schedules between students, parents and teachers.
• Assist with instrument sales, rentals and repair enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer, student and sales records.
• Support payment collection, invoicing and administrative documentation.
• Assist with classroom preparation and the daily organisation of the academy.
• Support concerts, workshops, student activities and promotional events.
• Assist with social-media content, photographs and simple marketing materials when required.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by management.

Centre Sales Assistant

Working Days: 5 Days | 2 weekdays off
Salary: $2000 to $2200 + Incentive Bonus

Requirements

• Certification in marketing, communications, hospitality, arts management, music or a related field.
• Interest in music or music education is an advantage.
• Must be able to work on weekends, Saturday and Sunday (2 days off days on weekday)
