DIGITAL DISRUPTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Production Support Lead to supervise L1/L2 engagements across on-site and offshore resources during business hours and 24x7 shifts.

You will bring critical, quality-driven thinking to maintain high standards. The role defines a strategy for tools and accelerators, builds a delivery and quality assurance framework with KPIs, and leads governance meetings.

Qualifications

• Leadership and senior oversight experience in production support.
• Proven ability to run governance meetings and define processes.
• Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing L1/L2 support across APAC on 24x7 shifts.
• Background in automation and process improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Experience in SQL, Unix scripting and automating day-to-day tasks.
• Experience in automation through AppDynamics.
• Experience managing support teams across APAC, including team buildingand restructuring.
• Experience managing teams on 24x7 shifts.
• L1 & L2 application technical and functional support experience.
