Job summary

LUXOFT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Murex specialist to support production batch processing, front office modules, and cross-functional pricing capabilities.

You will configure processing scripts, monitor housekeeping jobs, and collaborate with Front Office to design pricing and booking in Murex 3.1. Strong analytical skills and experience across asset classes are required.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Murex system experience in Front Office modules (Mx 3.1).
• Experience with e-tradepad configurations.
• Proven experience on scalable, resilient transaction processing in financial markets.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving approach.
• Very strong exposure to all asset classes and trade lifecycle.
• Experience in pricing and booking in Murex; front/back/middle office exposure.

Responsibilities

• Handling Murex production batch processing includes Date rolls for Various desks and entities, accounting and reporting batches.
• Configuring the processing script for various modules and debugging the issues related to it.
• Performing or monitoring daily/monthly housekeeping jobs related to Accounting, Market data, etc.
• Providing support for overnight batch processing.
• Developing or configuring the processing script, report, or batch of feeders if required as part of Batch Support.
• Configuration management & Release management.

Skills

Must have

• 6-8 years of experience in Murex system in the Front office modules of the Mx 3.1 platform
• Experience with e-tradepad configurations
• Proven experience working on scalable, resilient transaction processing systems in the Financial markets
• A strong analytical and logical approach to problem-solving and system development.
• Very strong exposure to all asset classes
• Strong exposure to trade lifecycle across front office, back office, and middle office tiers
• Detailed knowledge of Murex Front office and previous exp in creating and updating simulation views as per user preference
• Responsible for doing Requirement Analysis in Front Office space for various asset classes
• Responsible for doing an initial analysis of existing production data and existing test case suite
• Ability to analyze and understand product requirements and offer solutions and support to facilitate the rollouts
• Work closely with the Front Office business to design and build pricing and booking capabilities in the Murex system
• Participate with internal business partners on cross-functional projects to provide STP solutions for pricing, distribution, and execution capabilities
• Be responsible for understanding the business needs, identifying business solutions, and validating the pros and cons of technical solution options
