Job summary

LUXOFT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Treasury application production support professional to cover BAU 24x7, monitoring, issue resolution and EOD batch support for a leading Singaporean bank.

The role requires 4+ years in Murex application support, L1 technical and functional support, and strong stakeholder management. Flexibility across shifts, including weekends, and good Unix/SQL skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior Murex experience with understanding of trade life cycle in Murex.
• 4+ years of experience in Murex application support.
• Experience in providing L1 application technical and functional support.
• Control-M experience.
• Excellent team collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Flexible in working in shift timings (including all shifts) and over weekends.

Responsibilities

• Treasury application BAU 24x7 support: monitoring and issue resolution in production treasury environment.
• L1 application technical and functional support in production treasury environment.
• Production support experience in Murex application.
• Monitoring and resolution of Online trade booking applications issues.
• Handling environment management and EOD batch support across morning/night/weekend shifts.
• Regular interaction with end users and stakeholders.

• - L1 application technical and functional support in production treasury application support environment
• - Production support experience in Murex application
• - Monitoring and issue resolution of Online trade booking applications
• - Resolving technical services related issues, environment management and EOD batch support in morning or night or weekend shifts
• - Managing and regular interaction with the application end users and stakeholders management

Mandatory Skills Description
