LUXOFT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive technical professional to provide second-line production support for front office trading, risk and market data applications in a dynamic financial environment.

You will engage with global stakeholders to manage incidents, apply improvements, and ensure robust operational controls. The role requires strong SQL skills, ITIL familiarity, and experience with Murex or similar front-to-back trading platforms.

Qualifications

• Practical experience supporting business-critical applications within financial markets or banking tech.
• Sound understanding of financial markets, trading environments and operational processes.
• Strong production support experience including incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, Microsoft Copilot, or data analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience using SQL to investigate data, reconcile issues and support business processes.
• Understanding of ITIL principles, incident management, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support for front office trading, risk, and market data applications.
• Ensure production break-fix and service improvement requirements take priority over change through stakeholder management.
• Actively minimize IT risks across the application and underlying tech stack.
• Learn and apply AI technologies including Copilot and automation tools where appropriate.
• Contribute to capacity management across all applications and platform technologies.
• Ensure batch SLA’s/OLA’s are understood and agreed for critical path processes.
• Contribute to knowledge management, architecture diagrams, data flows, and deployment guides.
