Job summary

Luxoft in Singapore is seeking a senior Murex specialist to manage and optimize front-to-back platform environments. The role involves platform setup, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across Unix/Linux, databases, and networking, with automation via Unix scripts and Python.

You will support Murex modules (Datamart, MxML) and connectivity frameworks, ensure successful deployments, and coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to deliver releases within a multi-year program.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Murex experience in platform setup, troubleshooting and infra management.
• Strong Unix/Linux, databases, networking and system administration skills.
• Development skills in Unix scripting and Python.
• Understanding of SDL deployment processes for banks.
• Experience integrating Murex with upstream and downstream systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Murex technical environments, including platform setup and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex Murex, infra and connectivity issues.
• Perform deployment activities following deployment best practices and banking processes.
• Manage Murex application infrastructure across Unix/Linux, databases and networks.
• Develop Unix shell scripts and Python for automation and operations.
• Support Murex modules such as Datamart, MxML and connectivity frameworks.
• Monitor performance and ensure platform stability.
• Support production releases, environment refreshes and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
