Qualifications

• Practical experience supporting business-critical applications within financial markets or banking technology.
• Strong production support experience, including incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, Microsoft Copilot, or data analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience using SQL to investigate data, reconcile issues and support business processes.
• Understanding of databases, data processing, and system integrations.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Understanding of ITIL principles, incident management, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support for front office trading, risk, and market data applications.
• Minimize IT risks across the application & underlying technology stack; manage SLA/OLA.
• Learn and apply AI technologies including Copilot and automation tools where appropriate.
• Contribute to knowledge management and ensure architecture diagrams and docs are maintained.
• Ensure fixes and known errors are recorded in knowledge bases and runbooks.
