Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a proactive Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities and security across office and warehouse sites in Singapore. The role expands to lead multi-site projects, fittings, relocations, and site migrations while driving sustainability initiatives and maintaining rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in facilities/building services or engineering is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years in facilities management, industrial or commercial.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and local safety standards.
• Experience managing multi-site projects: fit-outs, relocations.
• Ability to draft technical specs and tender summaries.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive maintenance across ACMV, M&E, BMS, security, cleaning and grounds.
• Lead A&A, refurbishment, fit-outs, relocations and site migrations.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and ensure contract compliance.
• Evaluate vendors and ensure M&E systems function reliably.
• Renew licenses and prepare contract tender documentation.
• Collaborate with Ops, IT, QHSE; drive green building initiatives.
• Oversee service providers and ensure KPI/SLAs are met.
• Address user feedback and ensure timely rectifications.
• Maintain documentation: tenders, budgets and reports.
