Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Officer for two sites in Singapore (office and warehouse, 7km apart). The role focuses on hands-on maintenance, simple repairs, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in handyman or maintenance work, basic English, and a proactive attitude. Some HVAC knowledge is a plus; travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years doing handyman, maintenance, or similar hands-on work.
• Know basic repairs - doors, painting and general fixing.
• Basic English to communicate and write simple reports.
• Hardworking, reliable and good attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance on office and warehouse facilities.
• Paint touch-ups and general cosmetic repairs.
• Assist with basic HVAC maintenance and utility checks.
• Replace light bulbs, fix taps and address daily wear-and-tear issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and raise work orders as needed.
