Job summary

Shimadzu Asia Pacific is seeking a creative Marketing & Communications Associate/Executive to join our team in Singapore. The role blends multimedia production, event coordination and project management to support marketing and communications initiatives.

You will plan and produce engaging content, capture videography and photography for events, and manage newsletters and webinar invites using Zoho Marketing Automation.

Qualifications

• Experience producing multimedia content for marketing campaigns
• Ability to coordinate events from planning to execution
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and corporate communications

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce and edit multimedia content for marketing and communications
• Create newsletters, webinar invites and EDMs using Zoho Marketing Automation
• Coordinate event logistics including registrations, collateral and booths
• Support external vendors and internal stakeholders on show flows and schedules
• Assist with marketing materials and campaigns for corporate events
