Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd in Singapore is seeking a flexible Customer Service Associate on a 1-year contract (renewable) to handle inquiries across emails, live chats via WhatsApp, and social media. You will be based at HQ near Macpherson MRT with rotating shifts between retail shops (80%) and office (20%).

Salary: S$2,200 basic + OT. The role involves serving customers, providing product information, resolving issues, and maintaining the knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a customer-facing role/ contact centre/ telemarketing
• Proficiency in using a computer, ability to quickly learn how to use different software
• Process-oriented and customer-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries through emails, live chats, and social media
• Providing accurate and timely information about products or services
• Resolving customer issues efficiently and in a friendly manner
• De-escalating or escalating situations with empathy and proactive follow-up
• Updating the Q&A depository for future reference
• Raising issue tickets via internal systems and coordinating with IS/Network teams
• Providing weekly reports on SLA, key queries, and escalations
