Job summary

V-LOGI PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Operations Coordinator to oversee multiple projects, including 24-hour operations. This role requires hands-on involvement, travel to sites, and coordinating staff and logistics to meet project specifications.

You will roster teams, monitor KPIs, prepare attendance and work reports for clients, and assist with budgets and invoicing. Strong communication and ability to work shifts and weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Able to do hands-on work (physical work).
• Able to travel to multiple locations.
• Able to work on rotational shifts & weekends (Off Day on weekdays).
• Experience in project coordination is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of various projects, including 24-hour operation projects.
• Handle multiple projects and activate standby personnel as needed.
• Roster operations and ensure KPI targets across all projects.
• Visit project sites to ensure deliverables meet specifications islandwide.
• Prepare monthly attendance and work reports for client approval.
• Prepare and submit invoices to clients for payment processing.
• Collaborate with recruitment manager for project recruitment and interviews.
• Collect feedback on staff performance from clients.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements for projects.
• Plan and execute project budgets.
• Provide hands-on support during absence of deployed staff.
• Motivate and supervise assigned staff.
