Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced F&B General Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets in Singapore. The role focuses on driving profitability, ensuring service excellence, and leading a high-performing operations team.

You will manage budgeting, cost control, food safety compliance, and stakeholder collaboration to support growth and operational consistency in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in F&B or hospitality with leadership exposure.
• At least 3 years in a General Manager or equivalent senior role.
• Proven track record managing multi-outlet or multi-unit F&B operations.
• Sound commercial knowledge including budgeting, cost management and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s F&B market and customer trends.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, operationally demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet performance and profitability.
• Lead budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting.
• Manage, train and inspire outlet managers and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements.
• Monitor purchasing, inventory and vendor relationships for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business growth and consistency.
• Review operational and financial reports and drive corrective actions.
• Support new outlet openings, menu launches, promotions and service enhancements.
