Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead F&B operations across multiple outlets in Singapore. You will drive daily operations, implement performance strategies, and ensure exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, financial forecasting, and training outlet managers. You will collaborate with stakeholders to support business growth, ensure compliance with safety and licensing, and deliver consistent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in F&B or hospitality, including at least 3 years in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-outlet or multi-unit F&B operations.
• Sound commercial knowledge, with experience in budgeting, cost management and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s F&B market and customer trends.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and operationally demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet performance, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Lead budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting.
• Manage, train and inspire outlet managers and operations teams to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety, workplace safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.
• Monitor purchasing, inventory and vendor relationships to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and operational consistency.
• Review operational and financial reports, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Support new outlet openings, menu launches, promotions and service-enhancement initiatives.
