Job summary

Koufu Pte Ltd is hiring an Accountant to support the Finance Manager with day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting for the Singapore entities, including SPVs and property vehicles.

The role emphasizes hands-on transactional work, journal posting, reconciliations, and coordinating with external advisors across jurisdictions. Strong Excel skills and experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• 2–7 years of relevant accounting experience in similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, GST and financial reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books across Singapore entities including SPVs and fund structures.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and post journals; coordinate with outsourced providers.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate reconciling items.
• Manage AP/AR, invoicing, payments, and ageing reporting.
• Prepare GST quarterly returns and liaise with Finance Manager for review.
• Coordinate monthly group entity reporting from Malaysia/China entities.
