Job summary

RED DOT HOLDINGS LLP is seeking an E-commerce Assistant to help grow our online business across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. You will manage listings, optimize product pages and pricing, and support daily operations across multiple platforms.

You will collaborate with marketing and operations to improve traffic, conversion and customer experience. If you enjoy e-commerce, gadgets and online shopping, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience managing listings across multiple marketplaces.
• Knowledge of product copy, pricing, and promotions across channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Create and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and promotions.
• Ensure product information, stock availability and pricing are accurate across platforms.
• Upload new products and organise collections, categories, tags and variants.
• Coordinate online orders, fulfilment, stock allocation and order issues.
• Monitor inventory and minimise overselling and stock discrepancies.
• Respond to customer enquiries via marketplace chats and website messages.
• Assist customers with product availability and basic recommendations.
• Setup marketplace promotions and campaign pricing.
